#AskTheExpert My baby is preterm (33 weeks) now he is 2 month old....but I am not having enough milk for him...I am giving formula milk to him...does it affect his immune system can you please suggest tips to improve my breast milk

A. hey mommy these can help increase supply 1. drink a lot if water minimum of 1glass before every single feed. 2. have garlic chutney as much as possible 3 include jeera in your daily diet. 4. have galact granules after talking to your gynwac it's Ayurvedic available at all medical stores. 5. feed more often. the more you feed more is the production. Feeding regularly will help so in between feeds you can pump using a breast pump. You could invest in a manual or electric breast pump.. it's absolutely easy to use and very comfortable as well. . the more you feed/pump more is the production. hope this helps.
