A. Hi sometimes kids get their first milk teeth as early as 4-6 months. you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to facilitate the eruption process

A. Gently massage your baby's gums with a clean finger, knuckle, or moistened gauze pad. Hold a cold washcloth, spoon, or chilled teething ring on your baby's gums. Use plastic or rubber toys that are chilled — never frozen solid (ouch!).
