AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Stomach pain can be due to indigestion, gas in stomach, worms infestation etc. For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby.
