Hi, my 3.7 yr old kid is saying stomach pain and womting have given her grandem syrup and gastroguard syrup before breakfast but still saying stomach pain. may I know what could be reason for stomach pain

Sometimes it could be due to indigestion also that a child suffering with stomach pain but I really cannot be very sure about the reason behind it without an assessment nobody can tell you what could be the reason so kindly get it checked with your doctor one time
