#AskTheExpert my baby is not standing still yet and she is now crawling a little bit mostly in a belly up down position turning round by round but not crawling and her bones and muscles are too much sft bones are like i fear to touch them

A. her weight is already too much than her age i mean one kg or 2 kg much more

A. ir is ok till 1yr .Diet containing of green vegetables and citrus fruits . A protein source like soyabean , paneer or egg and variety of food items with all cereal will help for weight and height gain and building of immunity . Pediasure protein powder after 2 yr of age .
