A. Dear mum, weight of 5.2 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby, considering a birth weight of 2.7 kg. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Avoid bottle feeding as it can be a source of infection for your baby.
