Give him whole cow's milk and milk products like cheese, butter, ghee in small amounts should be added to his food, curd and homemade paneer. Give fruits like bananas, avocados and pears as these help in weight gain. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give one boiled egg per day.
