Q.

my baby is 4months old but he is gaining his weight very slow.now his weight is 4.5..is it ok..or its point of concern.pls suggest.

A. A child should gain at least 500 g every month if your child is not gaining well then I would suggest you to start giving formula feeding to the child because certain times mothers is not enough for total weight gain that’s where formula feeding can be given to the child
