prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables. .

Hello ma'am .....ur baby is 2yrs old still not started solid food ,why madam ??..u have not started or baby doesn't like ... generally Dr tells us to start semi solid food first and gradually turn to solid food ....ur baby is growing fast at this age. .. so baby needs nutrition food ...u can give ur toddler what you eat like roti dal, chapati, anything and everything u eat ...
