Sit together and eat together. Most babies follow what they see their parents are doing or eating.
Give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc. Try giving roli poli ( Wrap boiled potatoes in roti and roll).
