#AskTheExpert my baby is not eat as well I'm worried about her .... she s 2 yrs old now ... but she's avoiding every thing

A. Low appetite in children can be due to reasons like low zinc levels or too much dairy products or less gap between meals etc. Include ajwain , ginger, lemon or carrot juice, coconut water, curd with mint in the kid's meals to boost the appetite. South Indian rasam will also increase the appetite. You can also get a zinc syrup prescribed from your pediatrician.
