Try to use plates if your baby is getting older as they get scared seeing the same bowls or use different colored cups and bowls. Don't feed constantly over a stretch leave a break for five mins so they come back again. Feed at different places 10 mins here n 10 mins out this way it will relax their minds and yours too. Give few spoons of water in between feeds You may be give nuts to your little one. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, You can also add nuts to fruit bowl. Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs.
