ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby can speak one or two words now Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Generally babies start speaking small words by 9-11 months by 15 months old they can point out things and name , responding to commands.
If baby is not speaking atleast few words not responding to commands,not recognizing colours,no eye contact then consult developmental pediatrician.
