Just by looking at the picture I believe that some kind of mosquito bites those are there further further I would recommend you to check with your doctor the physical examination is going to be much beneficial to have a clarity on the situation but when I look at it from it actually just looking like a mosquito bite where you can apply some mix of Kapoor and coconut oil
