Q.

#asktheexpert My baby is eating only porridge and mashed foods and she is 7 months old. She is not eating idly or a kind of fully solid food yet. How can I make her eat that?

A. my baby is also 7months now even he refuses to take solid foods. But never stop giving solids it is ok even if they take only 2 sips. give it regularly so that they will get used to it

A. Ur baby is too small for proper solid food now. She should be given soft foods , mashed foods, porridges as of now. Slowly u can introduce finger foods in ur presence and add different textures to her food.

At least still very dry so you have to still stick to semisolid consistency food only Idly and all can be introduced to the age of eight months right you can right now you can give Khichdi as well you can give porridge you can give varieties is made out of ragi Suji and oats you can give Upma Halwa all these things are easier for the child to consume
