#AskTheExpert my baby is eating but she's not more healthy.. her weight is not too good

A. If the baby is active and is eating well, then there is nothing to worry about. Give bananas, avocados and pears as they help in weight gain. Give fruit smoothies. Give moong Dal. Breast feed as before. Make sure that the baby empties one breast first before moving on to the next breast as the milk that comes towards the end is called hind milk and it is rich in fat, which helps in weight gain. Give cheesy sandwiches. Add little bit of ghee to your baby's meals. Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes.
