Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamihun with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 mhonths to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. It's also normal for children to like something one day but dislike it the next, to refuse new foods, and to eat more or less from day to day. This all happens because fussy eating is part of children's development. It's a way of exploring their environment and asserting their independence. There are many reasons infants may be finicky about food. They may be teething, tired, not yet ready for solids, or just don't need as much food as you're feeding them. Familiar foods provide your baby comfort in stressful, busy times. Although picky eating may linger awhile, it rarely lasts.
