#AskTheExpert my baby is 9months old pls suggest me iron rich foods to improve my baby hemoglobin percentage precent my baby hemoglobin percentage is 8.9 pls suggest me

A. 8.9 is low hb.. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, dates, jaggery, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food.

A. Hello mom For increasing babies haemoglobin level you should start giving a pomegranate and beetroot regularly it will help to increase the haemoglobin level of baby. Rather than this you should start giving dairy products to your baby it will help to fulfil the need of iron and calcium in baby.
