#asktheexpert My baby is 9 months old. My wife has been diagnosed with tuberculosis. She’s on meds currently which include steroids as well. Could you please advise if it is safe for her to breast feed my baby? Is my baby at any kind of risk?

A steroid base medication it would not be suggested that you feed your child otherwise on the second side also I’m going to recommend you to kindly consult your Doctor Who is treating your wife they’ll give you a clear advice but as far as I know you should not feed your child
