#AskTheExpert my baby is 9 months old. I am feeding her rice + dal / rice + apple in afternoon time, morning evening am feeding her nestum rice & rice vegetables. Night giving Nan pro stage 2. in between feeding milk . she is facing trouble in passing stool. how to cure this issue.

A. include probiotics in the diet and also give fibre containing fruits and veggies regularly and some physical activity for proper motion and keep her hydrated. . . . . . . .
