#AskTheExpert my baby is 9 months old and he refuses to eat solid.. I tried giving all the textures and variety with adding up all the required spices but he just don’t like to eat… how many time he sometimes like curd or pumpkin but not always a… but should I do ?

Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. Don’t give liquids like breast milk feeding or juices before meal time.

Even if I don’t give anything for 4 hours he keep playing with the same energy and after that if I offer any food he still won’t eat … we tried force feeding him n now he keeps crying by the sight of spoon … what should I do ? His weight is also not gaining proper
