Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 8th month old I am feeding her home made ceri.. I thought of switch to cerelac but she didn't like it. also she started vomiting after eating 2 bites

A. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over allint you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

A. Ok So you continue with the home-made product only that you’re using C home-made one is always much better because it is much more fresh it’s so obviously you know it’s much more hygienic and it’s absolutely preservative free so first you should go for home-made one if you know how to make it
