#asktheexpert My baby is 8 months old, he is not eating any food prepared for him without salt& spicy. he is eating the food what elders eat (more spicy and salty). how can i manage this

There is no problem if you are giving moderation in the spices and specially chilli powder then there is no problem with that I have given every thing from the beginning it’s so you should give it in the similar pardon my doctor advise me this is the correct pattern so I am going to advise you to say there is no problem with it
