#asktheexpert my baby is 8 months old he got full diaper rashes i tried coconut oil, rash free , b4 nappy cream but there was no difference now i switched to Pampers brand still there is rash , which ointment should I try now

A. Siloderm Cream is a skin protective cream that is used to relieve nappy rash, contact dermatitis, bed sore, detergent dermatitis, peri-anal dermatitis, cracked feet, lacerations (wound), etc. It contains calamine, cetrimide, dimethicone, and zinc oxide as active ingredients that soothe, heal, and protect the skin.
