#AskTheExpert My baby is 8 days old... During breast feed my baby boy starts sleeping... He makes less efforts for feeding when we give powder milk through spoon he takes it very easily what should i do to make him breast feeding ?

Hi mommy mommy Maintain hygiene Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
