Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is 74 days old. He is very hungry and my breast milk doesn't seems to be enough for him. Can I start giving him cerelac or any other solid food?

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding. meet the doctor for weighct assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding
