#AskTheExpert My baby is 7 months old and he complains of constipation, he was 3 months old, since then I apply glycerin to him, then he does potty How will my son's problem be solved. What should I do?

A. no this happens so. It is normal for the baby to not pass motion freely even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry . if it is above one week or baby s in trouble then you can apply glycerine suppository for easy motion of the baby . no syrup for medicine is given orally till 2 years of age for constipation by self as not recommended.
