#asktheexpert My baby is 7+ month old and from last 2-3 months she does not sleep well in night..we have started complimentary feeding but breastfed and does not takes milk from bottle

A. Foods that contain tryptophan and are therefore beneficial to sleep are: Fruit: bananas, peaches, apples. Vegetables: spinach and broccoli. Poultry: turkey, chicken. Dairy: milk, cheese, yogurt, egg. Fish: tuna, salmon, cod, sardines. Nuts and seeds: almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds.
