Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. the most common cause of excessive crying during the night time during this age is due to teething. you can place the gums of the child to decrease the pain and you can also give paracetamol and if it is still not improving then meet your doctor
