first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age.
deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor.
there is no need to worry bevcause many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also.
so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Babies get teeth by the age of 15 months. So please wait for some time before consulting a dentist. Please give him a pathic medicine, BC 21 to the baby. Also massage baby comes with clean cotton cloth for easy teething.
