#AskTheExpert my baby is 6days old.. but after feeding, she has hiccups sometimes. will she be able to have water at times?

A. Hiccups are more common during early days. Hiccups often start when someone does two things together, like laughing when eating or drinking.Babies do not get upset from hiccups, so you do not need to give water Or try and stop a baby's hiccups

A. hiccups some times.. hiccups are common in babies.. hiccups will stop on its own in some time.. you can keep the baby in upright position and gently massage the head and back.. you can give small feed
