Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is 6 months and started solids like Ragi and banana powder porridge, mostly in thin water consistency only. The baby is still getting highly constipated. Could you please provide solutions to overcome this problem?

A. Avoid giving Raagi as of now I think your child is getting constipated because of this only also a good amount of liquid into your child’s daily diet that is going to help in proper digestion and motion for the child
