#AskTheExpert..my baby is 6 months 20 days old now..can I give him pinch of salt in uggu(home made cerelac) or sugar in veg purees..is it safe to give salt or sugar at this age??my baby is not eating well purees...

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, do not add salt to your baby’s food till 1 year. The salt requirements for babies less than 1 year are nil. You can add little bit of sugar to your baby’s food.
