#asktheexpert My baby is 56 days old but I am producing inadequate amount of milk for her so I am adding lactogen 1 as supplement but I want to increase my own milk production so can I take lactare capsules, I yes, how many per day should be taken?

also drink ole ty of fluids, have papaya, oats nuts, protein rich food.
