#asktheexpert My baby is 56 days old but I am producing inadequate amount of milk for her so I am adding lactogen 1 as supplement but I want to increase my own milk production so can I take lactare capsules, I yes, how many per day should be taken?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, you can take lactare capsule 2 capsule 2 to 3 times a day. also drink ole ty of fluids, have papaya, oats nuts, protein rich food. tc.
