#AskTheExpert My baby is 52 days old, I have 2 questions 1. cries a lot, for 1-2 hours in a day continuously specially in the morning, what can be the reason? 2. from last 2 days he has started waking up after 4-5 hours in the night for feed, is it normal? Or should I wake him after 3 hours to feed?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! generally Babies cries due to hunger, colic pain,gas or nappy discomfort, mother's touch.
Feed every two hours and sometimes baby demands feed every hour due to peeing.
So whenever baby cries hold him and feed him burp after every feed,do regular tummy massage.
If baby cries even after feed , Continuous cry by twisting body then it's due to colic pain, consult Paeditrician.
You have to feed every two hours even in nights also.
