#AskTheExpert my baby is 5 months old...has been constipated for 4 days .. he is been exclusively breastfeed completely. any remedies for it?!

A. for exclusively breast milk feeding babies it is common that they don't passes to every day because the major portion of breast milk gets absorb completely.. .. . Mother's milk is a complete food for the baby that is why it is always recommended to exclusively breastfeed the baby till first six months post birth. The initial portion contains the watery foremilk that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is the hind milk takes care of nutrition and is rich in fats. So there is no requirement of giving any kind of juice or water to the baby
