#AskTheExpert my baby is 5 month old. from last 10 days he started to poop 8-10 times in a day. earlier he poops once in 6-7 days. he is EBF and we do give some boiled water as its summer. Do I need to consult the dr for the same.

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month.
mother should prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc.
feed more frequently for adequate hydration

Baby may have teething problems
maintain hydration
Give adequate feeding only
Give water after six months as baby’s digestive system is still developing
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
