#AskTheExpert my baby is 5 month 20 days old .i have low breast milk supply.please suggest a good formula milk for baby

mother's milk is best food for a child so here I suggest some tips to increase your breastmilk supply,hope it help:
offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
Massage your breasts with coconut oil
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this
stay stress free
although if it is not possible then you can offer formula or external milk only after consulting with your pediatrician.
