A. If baby has symptoms of cough and cold it may last for few days or couple of weeks depending on the severity of infection which may be viral usually.at times may be allergic too. If there is fever above 99 Fahrenheit you need to give paracetamol 3 times a day to the child. In case of nasal congestion in cold you can give steam which is the best remedy as well as you can use nasomist saline drops many times in a day one drop in each nostril. In case of cough, the syrup is advised according to the type of cough (dry or productive)which needs to be examined before prescribing the medicine. If there are aggravated symptoms due to cough and cold ,any breathing difficulty the baby has dehydration and not taking feed properly a physical examination is important for which you s hohould contact your treating pediatrician.

A. Absolutely you can go ahead with dealing the vaccination by Dr say in common cold and cough you can get the vaccination done if you feel okay but not during fever because fever is anyway is going to happen so right now you take a break once your child is completely alright then you get the vaccination doneWrite Your Answer Here
