Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 4 month 14 days old.. do i need to start outer food.. my mother in-law is forcing me to do the same.... is this safe this time Or i hv to wait???

A. Hello Do not start any complementary foods till baby completes 6 months exclusively Breastfeed your baby explain this to your MIL that if foods are started early then it can adversely affect baby's growth as baby takes less breastmilk
