Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child.
For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drcops every three hourly.
Indirect steam can also be given.
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with wxater combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. dear mother any kind of medicine should only be under doctors recommendation after proper physical check up please do not take a random advice and start giving any kind of medicines at home you can start and nebulizing your child if you have Nebulizer with you and uses saline water for that add in case in nebulization cannot be done you can make use of steam steaming can also help get to rid of the congestion very effectively and at very natural level other than that please take doctors advice and then start any kind of medicine
