A. To increase baby weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 500-600 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. To boost immunity, maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in the surroundings. Give Vitamin C rich foods like orange, mausambi, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, guava, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, etc.
