#AskTheExpert my baby is 3 months old her belly button was inside from 10 days it came outiside is it a problem for my baby

A. My daughter had similar issue and it turned out to be umbilical granuloma - Applying table salt twice a day on the bulged area resolved the issue in 3 days

A. if the baby is 3 months old is having this problem it maybe umbilical hernia which is commonly seen it will resolve by itself most of the time but still consult your doctor for a proper guidance

A. hello this can be due to umbalical hernia and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as the baby is also small which is safe
