Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. what is the baby current weight now as after birth baby should gain around 500-700 g per month after birth babies should be double the birth weight at completing 4-6 months and three times the birth weight at completing one year exclusively breast feeding recommend for six months
