#AskTheExpert my baby is 3.5 months old. She is on breastmilk and formula milk both but more on my feed earlier she use to take her feed every 3 hours but from some days she took it in every 1.5 to 2 hours also she didn't took her sleep properly at night she use to move alot at night and also start sucking her thumb so i am worried is she hungry and dont get proper feed Or it's just her growth spurt

Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
