#asktheexpert My baby is 3.5 month old. My relatives keep on suggesting me to give cow milk to baby. Is it safe?

A. hi as a main drink, cow milk should be given after 1 year. it can be used in small quantities in recipes for babies after 6 months. formula is made especially for babies. cow milk proteins minerals are heavy to digest. hence not recommended
