Include banana or banana shake in diet chart...in inters you can also give home made ladoo of besan and dry fruits..Add one spoon clarified butter daily either in vegitable or khichdi.. Makhana and dry fruits kheer(roast makhana and dry fruits and make powder.mix this powder in milk and serve)is also a good option.

Hello ma’am Why this age we believe a child should be somewhere around 13 to 15 kgs but if your child is underweight as per the age that it would be best that you consult a nutritionist she would be the right person to help you with the proper diet plan for the child with which your child will have proper weight and growth as per the age
