#asktheexpert my baby is 2 months old, can we give littile amount of water to the baby daily?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is advisable to do only mother's milk to the baby of her first six months of age mothers milk will meet the requirements of the baby along with water also

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Not advisable before 6 months completion. Semi solids and water should be given to the baby only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby. Continue breastfeeding.
