#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 months 28 days old .. he got his 3 rd vaccine done 2 days back .. post vaccine he’s not drinking milk and always drowsy .. please answer

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or other symptoms nothing to worry.
Swelling can be reducged by giving ice fomentation locally and paracetamol can be given for fevger or pain.
Thrombophobe ointment can be applied in acute pain and swelling .
