#asktheexpert my baby is 2 and half year old... he is getting lean day by day... can you please suggest some healthy food or any other supplement for his good health!

A. Since your child is more than 2 year give 3 complete family meal. 2 to 3 types of fruits daily milk intake should be 875 ml . add ghee butter cheese, paneer in his diet. add egg and chicken in his diet and keep him well hydrated.
